Terms of Service

Rental periods, rates and deposits are confirmed in writing before equipment leaves our yard. Quoted rates exclude delivery, pickup, fuel and applicable taxes unless stated.

The renter is responsible for safe operation, securing the equipment on site, and returning it in the condition it was received, normal wear excepted.

Damage, loss or late returns may result in additional charges at the daily rate. Operator bookings require a four-hour minimum.
